Kanye West has postponed his ‘Yeezus’ tour following a truck accident that destroyed equipment used to bring the rapper’s “creative vision” to life while on the road.
In a statement to media outlets today Def Jam Records revealed that until the equipment can be “reengineered” and “refabricated”, ‘The Yeezus Tour’ has been postponed, adding that “Kanye West will not compromise on bringing the show, as it was originally envisioned and designed, to his fans.”
It is not yet known how many dates will have to be rescheduled, but shows in Vancouver, B.C. (Oct 31), Denver, C.O. (Nov. 1) and Minneapolis, MN (Nov. 5) have officially been postponed.
