Squid Game is coming to The Big Apple! Netflix has reportedly partnered with Immersive Gamebox to introduce an immersive interactive experience to the city of New York. Groups of two to six adults will have the opportunity to participate in a number of Squid Game challenges, ranging from Red Light, Green Light to Marbles.
“People are constantly seeking new and different ways to remain invested in their favorite content,” Immersive Gamebox CEO Will Dean told The Hollywood Reporter.
“To reimagine Netflix’s most popular show in an entirely new format offers customers more ways to stay connected to Squid Game.”
New York is the latest major city to introduce the immersive Squid Game experience. Denver, Dallas, Houston and Chicago have already introduced these gaming experiences. Moving forward, Netflix is planning to bring Stranger Things and Bridgerton-themed experiences to cities like London, San Francisco, Atlanta and Los Angeles.
