Last night, DeAndre Jordan did something the NBA hasn’t seen ever. Just last week he made a verbal agreement with the Dallas Mavericks to sign a contract to become their new starting Center. The Mavericks even signed Wesley Matthews in order to help their cause, it didn’t work. Blake Griffin, Doc Rivers and Chris Paul took advantage of DeAndre having second thoughts and caused him to sign with the Clippers. Mark Cuban & all of Dallas were NOT happy.

DeAndre Jordan didn’t do the right thing to the Mavericks. Mark Cuban states that. The Mavericks now have to look to try to rebuild and depend on Dirk Nowitzki, Chandler Parsons and Wesley Matthews, which makes me scared. Are the Mavericks headed for the lottery? Cuban had mentioned that without DeAndre they were going to hit the rebuild button. As the summer goes on we’ll watch closely for Cuban’s moves. Will he go for a starting Center? Not a lot of guys still left.
