Tiffany Haddish and Ali Wong are gearing up for yet another season of Tuca & Bertie. While all of the characters are animals, Tuca and Bertie will deal with very human problems in the third chapter of this comedy. Both characters are battling with anxiety, the reality of getting older, self-doubt and much more as they move through life. Along the way, there will be more than a few absurd moments and hilarious jokes, but they will always have each other’s backs.
“I can’t wait for everyone to catch up on all the latest calamity and soul-searching from these birds,” series creator Lisa Hanawalt told The AV Club.
“Season three is packed with romance, chronic pain, ambition, large ducks, lustful trees, and hungry snakes!”
After being given the boot by Netflix after just one season, Tuca & Bertie is back on good footing with its loyal audience. Check out the trailer below before season three of Tuca & Bertie debuts on Adult Swim and HBO Max in July.
