Uninterrupted has revealed the next set of guests to appear on The Shop. LeBron James does not appear to be in this month’s episode, but the show is not suffering from a lack of star power. This time around, Maverick Carter and Paul Rivera will welcome Brooklyn Nets Point Guard Kyrie Irving, Beast star Idris Elba, The Drew Barrymore Show Host Drew Barrymore and Premier Lacrosse League Co-Founder Paul Rabil.
“You’ve never been in on a conversation like this at The Shop. Join Kyrie Irving, Idris Elba, Drew Barrymore and Paul Rabil as they define what makes them great at their respective careers, their legacies, and what they’ve endured breaking into their field,” the trailer’s description reads.
“Plus, there’s a certain character Idris is eager to play, and it’s got nothing to do with becoming the first Black James Bond.”
The sixth installment of The Shop‘s fifth season will have a tough act to follow. In the fifth episode of the show’s sixth season, Carter, Rivera and LeBron James welcome Daniel Kaluuya, Rashid Johnson and Marcus Rashford stopped by The Shop. The 30-minute conversation touched on racism in sports, Brittney Griner’s recent conviction in Russia and Blackness in art. Additionally, James discussed his relationship with the City of Boston while Kaluuya discussed his working relationship with Jordan Peele.
