
HBO Max has unveiled the first trailer for their upcoming limited series, That Damn Michael Che. Led by the Saturday Night Live star, the six-episode project examines unemployment, love and more from the comedian’s perspective.
“From the simple mind of Michael Che comes a groundbreaking new comedy series where each episode illustrates what it feels like to experience everyday situations including racial profiling, unemployment, falling in love, and more, from Michael’s perspective,” HBO Max writes.
Throughout the series, Che will be joined by his Saturday Night Live co-stars Cecily Strong, Heidi Gardner, Colin Quinn and Ellen Cleghorne. His show will also feature his “Weekend Update” co-star, Colin Jost. Not to mention, Omari Hardwick, Method Man, Geoffrey Owens and Billy Porter.
That Damn Michael Che will hit HBO Max on May 6. Check out the show’s official trailer below.
