Okay, maybe the Nike Kobe 10 Elite isn’t done just yet like I originally thought it was. Courtesy of @bakerfoe we have here a look at what appears to be a new colorway which is dressed up in all black with hits of blue throughout and volt to finish things off as well as a reflective swoosh. The inspiration behind this new colorway is very vague but after messing around with the little clues we have from the logo on the tongue which sports a saying that I believe reads “Historia est Magistra Vitae” there is definitely a message behind this new colorway. Like all other colorways for Kobe Bryant’s signature shoes.
Being a Latin expression, “Historia est Magistra Vitae” means “History Is Life’s Teacher”. Could this new shoe be an ode to the past that paved the way for Kobe or the history of his game can be a life teacher to those in the game now. Who knows? Essentially we have to wait for the folks at Nike to provide us with an official name for this colorway so I guess right now we can go with Nike Kobe 10 Elite ‘Historia est Magistra Vitae’. As of right now as well we do not have a confirmed release date but keep it locked with us and we keep you guys updated accordingly once more information is provided.
