More than twenty years after the series premiered on MTV, MTV Cribs will return with a new slate of episodes. Beginning August 11, the original series will return with more than a dozen 30-minute episodes. This season’s slate of guests includes Big Sean, Marsai Martin, Tinashe, Rick Ross and Martha Stewart. Snooki of Jersey Shore, Evan Ross, JoJo Siwa, Kathy Griffin and Ashlee Simpson will also appear in different episodes throughout the relaunch.
“Cribs didn’t simply introduce the celebreality genre, it created a blueprint for how we engage on social media,” Nina L. Diaz of MTV told Deadline.
“We are thrilled to usher in a new era of this iconic franchise for audiences around the world.”
The first episode of the relaunch will air on August 11 at 9:30 p.m. ET on MTV. Check out the show’s teaser below and get ready for the new season.
