Washington Wizards star point guard John Wall is making the most of a bad situation. Wall is not only lost for this season with a heel injury, but is now out for the next 12-15 months with a ruptured achilles.
But the star is not letting the injury woes bring him too far down. Wall will be taking additional classes and finishing his college degree, and says he is close to graduation. He spent one season at the University of Kentucky, before being drafted number one overall in 2010.
John Wall said he’s going to use the time off from the injury as an opportunity to finish college. Said he’s close to graduation.

Wall is not letting the injury sap him of all hope. He said after last night’s win over the Cleveland Cavaliers that he is “in good spirits” and “chilling”. Wall’s teammate at Kentucky, DeMarcus Cousins, spoke with Wall about the injury, the same type of ailment that ended Cousins’ season early in New Orleans.
