Natalie Dormer will lead the cast in the new film Patient Zero.
According to Deadline, the action thriller will center around a mutated form of rabies that creates a new species, addicted to violence and with its own emerging language.
A young and talented survivor [Dormer], who can communicate with the predators, leads a special hunt for patient zero and a potential cure to epidemic.
In addition to Game of Thrones, Dormer can be seen in the upcoming The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Parts 1 and 2.
Patient Zero has yet to announce a release date.
