NBA Picks 2/3/22
We’re shaken, but not defeated. The Grizzlies took care of business against the Knicks and our faith in them was rewarded. The 76ers and Nets, however, stunk up the joint last night. The Nets out dysfuctioned the Kings. Dysfunctioned isn’t an actual word but Merriam Webster is adding it to the lexicon after last night’s game. Montrez Harrell outplayed Embiid which is as wild as it is accurate. With that said, we are on to tonight’s slate for the NBA Picks 2/3/22.
Minnesota Timberwolves at Detroit Pistons (+7) 7:10 p.m EST
D’Angelo Russell is still out but Karl-Anthony Towns and Anthony Edwards should be enough to get by the Pistons. Cade Cunningham is quickly establishing himself as a future star but he doesn’t have enough help at this particular time. Jerami Grant and Kelly Olynk are back but we don’t think it’s enough.
Pick: Minnesota Timberwolves -7 (-110 via DraftKings)
Phoenix Suns at Atlanta Hawks (+4) 7:30 p.m EST
This line is suspiciously low. Yes, the Hawks have been playing better basketball as of late but the Suns have been scorching for months. Unless there is an injury we aren’t aware of, this seems like a no brainer.
Pick: Phoenix Suns -4 (-110 via DraftKings)
Chicago Bulls at Toronto Raptors (-3.5) 7:40 p.m EST
The Bulls defense isn’t the same without Alex Caruso and Lonzo Ball but they should have enough enough offense to keep this game close. This game is closer to a coin flip so we are going to grab the points. The Bulls have a solid chance of winning this game outright.
