VILLA does it again. It looks as if they have another collaboration up their sleeves. In accordance with their 25th anniversary and the 25th anniversary of the Reebok Pump, we introduce to you guys the VILLA x Reebok Pump Question. Earlier today VILLA unveiled their joint venture with Starter for their ‘Legacy’ capsule which is starting off with their ode to the original Big East Conference, ‘Midnight Madness’.
This sneaker which combines two of Reeboks most adorned silhouettes, the Reebok Question and Reebok Pump the colorway is rather unique. The Director of Reebok Basketball can be quoted saying this about the hybrid model,
“By bringing together two of our most iconic models…..we paid homage to our heritage with a mashup that is a first of its kind.”

To get an idea of the detailing that went into this upcoming sneaker, SLAM magazine provided this information,
from the Grey/Burgundy colorway, which was the color of AI’s old Bentley, to the Liberty Bell logo on the heel, to the TGI Friday-inspired striped lining, every element is authentic Iverson. Just as intricate, though not pictured, is a chain hangtag that reads “PUMP” in the style of Robert Indiana’s famed LOVE sculpture. The chain is a nod to AI’s affinity for jewelry, while the lettering evokes JFK Plaza in Center City, Philly, where one of Indiana’s sculpture’s resides.
