The National Football League and Roc Nation have announced that Mickey Guyton, Jhené Aiko and Mary Mary will perform at SoFi Stadium during Super Bowl LVI. Aiko will sing “America the Beautiful” while Guyton handles the National Anthem. Mary Mary will perform “Lift Every Voice and Sing” with the help of the Youth Orchestra of Los Angeles. Additionally, actress Sandra Mae Frank will perform the National Anthem and “America the Beautiful” in American sign language. Rounding out this morning’s announcements, the NFL and Roc Nation have also announced that Zedd will serve as the DJ during pregame warmups.
Weeks ago, the NFL and Roc Nation revealed that Dr. Dre will lead this year’s halftime show. Mary J. Blige, Eminem, Kendrick Lamar and Snoop Dogg are set to join the Los Angeles native as well. Not to mention, there are sure to be a few special surprises along the way.
Super Bowl LVI is set to take place on February 13, 2022 at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California. The Cincinnati Bengals will face off against the Los Angeles Rams in a historic matchup. The Rams are searching for their first Super Bowl title since 2000 while the Bengals are aiming to win the first Super Bowl in franchise history.
