Leave it to Jordan Brand, they continue to make it damn near impossible to stop buying sneakers.
Prior to 2015, we got word of all these releases coming back remastered which meant price increases but who cares, better quality is what we wanted anyway. Then, to compliment the remastering of popular J’s new and old, we are celebrating along with JB their 30th Anniversary as a company.
Oh, that’s not all.
We are also celebrating the 10th Anniversary of the Air Jordan XX which has seen two colorways release, ‘Laser‘, ‘Stealth‘ and a new one on the way, ‘Playoffs‘. It is also the 23rd Anniversary for the Air Jordan 7 Retro which we have seen releases in the ‘French Blue‘ and ‘Marvin The Martian‘. We have a couple left that have yet to release which include the ‘Hare’ colorway, ‘Bordeaux’, ‘Lola Bunny‘(GS) and you can expect a few more.
Jordan Brand has this habit of giving its consumers a glimpse of their upcoming releases months in advance. The last batch of Jordan’s we saw were the upcoming Holiday 2015 releases. We then saw a look at a couple of upcoming Spring/Summer releases at a Jordan/Foot Locker event and just like that one we are here now giving you guys a look at some more Summer releases and possibly some Fall ones too.
Last seen in 2011, the Air Jordan 7 Retro ‘Bordeaux’ is returning and will be remastered. If you missed out on that pair you’re in luck. We have this colorful Air Jordan 5 Retro expected to drop and the nickname was said to be ‘Space Jam’ but now we are getting word they are dubbed ‘Pro Stars’. You can see the Air Jordan 6 Retro Low is releasing this summer as well, two colorways have been confirmed ‘White Infrared‘ and the Black/Chrome.
The highlight of this news for many who have seen it thus far is the Air Jordan 9 Retro returning. The 9’s are returning in two new colorways, one is being called the ‘Non Oregon’ or ‘Anthracite’, the other is being dubbed ‘Militia Green’.
Last but not least is the Jordan Spizike and Jordan Son of Mars, both sporting new and colorful colorways. As each shoe will eventually have light shed on their release dates and story lines, we will have that information for you guys accordingly as it releases to us.
Down in the comments let us know if any of these upcoming releases will be a DEF Cop or DEF Not.
