The NFL just announced the 2019 Pro Bowl rosters. As usual, there is a lot of discussions about whether the correct players made it. MVP front-runners Patrick Mahomes and Drew Brees were the two leading vote-getters. Their play has propelled their teams to the playoffs and the fans rewarded them for it.

The Los Angeles Chargers lead all teams with seven players selected for the Pro Bowl; including Philip Rivers, Melvin Gordon, and Keenan Allen. Kansas City and Pittsburgh both have six players. Over in the NFC, the Bears, Cowboys, and Saints all have five players who were selected which is tied for the most on the NFC side.

With all these players being named to the Pro Bowl, there were some snubs. The most prominent one being New Orleans Saints’ running back Alvin Kamara. Other big names that were not selected to the game were Christin McCaffery, Andrew Whitworth, and Mike Evans.
