Mindy Kaling and Dan Goor have signed on to write the script of the upcoming comedy, Legally Blonde 3. The third installment of the franchise will feature Reese Witherspoon returning to her role as Elle Woods. Alongside Witherspoon, Lauren Neustadter, Marc Platt and Adam Siegel will produce the film.
Witherspoon, Kaling and Goor have remained extremely busy over the last year. Witherspoon has made he presence felt on Apple TV+’s The Morning Show. Meanwhile, Kaling has recently launched her new series, Never Have I Ever, on Netflix. Rounding things out, Goor’s Brooklyn Nine-Nine just wrapped up its seventh season
