KSI and Logan Paul will share the ring once more, but they won’t be fighting each other. The two social media stars will headline Misfits Boxing’s “Prime Card” on October 14, 2023 at AO Arena in separate bouts. The opponents for each fighter will be announced in the coming weeks.
KSI will make his way back into the squared circle of truth after fighting Joe Fournier in May. Initially, the bout ended in a second-round knockout for KSI. However, additional review changed the result from a knockout to a no-contest due to an accidental elbow. Now, he will look to move forward with his fourth pro victory in five fights.
KSI’s co-headliner, Logan Paul, has not been as active in recent years. Four years ago, he lost his pro debut by decision at the hands of KSI. Since then, he has only returned to the boxing ring for an exhibition bout against Floyd Mayweather Jr. in Miami, Florida. As he returns to the sport, Paul has his sights set on a major bout in the near future.
“I’m f*cking pumped, man,” Paul told ESPN.
“It’s been so long since I had a boxing fight, and I feel like I’ve kind of been left out of the conversation. But I don’t train wrestling. I train boxing. I practice for my matches a couple times, but it’s not like I’m doing WWE training. I’ve been behind the scenes just boxing for the past two years, so I’m so excited to finally get back in the ring and show people how good I really am at the sport.”
