Errol Spence Jr. and Terence Crawford weren’t the only boxers preparing for a fight on Friday, July 28. Shortly after Spence Jr. and Crawford weighed in for their undisputed welterweight title fight, Jermall Charlo and Caleb Plant were reportedly involved in a physical altercation at T-Mobile Arena. Video of the alleged altercation appears to show both men verbally sparring before Plant slaps Charlo in the upper torso. The two were immediately separated and appeared to exit the venue without further contact.
Neither Plant nor Charlo commented on the matter, but a video of the incident made the rounds on social media. Ultimately, it captured the attention of Spence Jr., who trains alongside Charlo and his brother, Jermell.
