I can’t even begin to explain the satisfaction I have for the way things are going with #WYKW. First and foremost I applaud you guys for starting to make this weekly showcase what it is blossoming to become. The intentions I had when the idea was first executed in week 1 is exceeding all expectations, so that I am thankful for and without you guys it wouldn’t be possible.
The last two recaps have been a bit delayed due to the holiday weekend and technical difficulties but us over at Def Pen Radio have put in the work to make sure you guys see that we are here for you to get you featured in these recaps and have things back running as planned. So with this WYKW recap I decided to feature more participants, a little more than usual all because you guys deserve it.
Kickin’ It With Def Pen: Wear Your Kicks Pt.6 featured two sneakers this time which were an Easter purchase that complimented this past Easter holiday.I
I hope you guys have been enjoying these stories and see that from the pictures, that all the kicks are worn. Which is the purpose of this whole movement.
Next, we would like to once again extend the open invite to you guys to submit your own stories; whether it be a story of a particular purchase and what you went through to get it or a story of you favorite sneaker.
