Viewers around the world are understandably excited about Amazon Prime Video’s newest series, Jungle. Starring some of the biggest names in U.K.’s rap scene like Unknown T and Tinie Tempah, the series will explore how far some will take to get by, survive and hopefully thrive. Along the way, violence, temptation and more will pave a treacherous path.
“Jungle follows the connected lives of several strangers, each facing their own struggle, viewed through the prism of UK rap and drill music, and giving a perspective on an often unseen world. Frequently misunderstood, it’s a world where one law governs everything: only the strongest will survive. As the strangers’ worlds begin to unravel around them, they come to the realization that every action, no matter how small, has a consequence,” the show’s synopsis reads.
With Junior Okoli and Chas Appeti at the helm, it promises to be one of Amazon Prime Video’s strongest releases yet. Check out the trailer below before it debuts on September 30, 2022.
