Hours before releasing his fifth studio album, Meek Mill has shared the Expensive Pain tracklist. On a piece of notebook paper, the Philadephia has plotted out collaborations with Kehlani, A$AP Ferg, Moneybagg Yo, Young Thug, Giggs and Brent Faiyaz. He also appears to have put together a tribute to Nipsey Hussle and Lil’ Snupe.
“Whatever you expect out of me as an artist, I’m [trying] to give you that times 20 on Expensive Pain,” he tweeted.
Meek Mill has been building to this point for some time now. At the end of 2020, he delivered the Quarantine Pack with features from Lil’ Durk and Vory. He quickly followed it up with a feature on Vory’s debut solo album. In 2021, the MMG artist has released a number of loosies along with two singles, “Sharing Locations” and “Blue Notes 2” featuring Lil’ Uzi Vert.
The wait will come to an end soon. Check out the tracklist before Expensive Pain drops at midnight.
Can somebody make me a art piece out of my sloppy playlist writing for the album? pic.twitter.com/xQVpMSF8P6
