DICE has officially delayed the long awaited Mirror’s Edge Catalyst. Catalyst serves as a reboot to the series introducing fans to Faith’s origins. Instead of Catalyst releasing in February 2016 like it was originally planned, DICE now has their eyes set on a May 2016 release date.
Sara Jansson, Senior Producer at DICE sees the delay as an oppurtunity to fine tune the game. Sara talks about the delay and makes it seem well worth the wait.
“We will use these few extra months to make sure that when you step into the massive city of glass and experience the rise of Faith, it’s as entertaining, impressive and memorable as it can be.”
