The folks at the Boston based retailer, Concepts are back at it again with a new collaboration to continue celebrating their 20th anniversary. To kick things off on the right foot we saw the release of the Concepts x Nike Trainer 1.0 ‘Thermal’, which was a great effort on behalf of the two entities responsible. Next up was the reworking New Balance Trail Buster by Concepts and once again, they delivered on all accords.
So what’s next? This time around, the Concepts x Diadora N9000 ‘Tuxedo’ looks to be lucky participant to contribute to their anniversary. Now for many of us “sneakerheads”, finding any and every excuse to wear sneakers is a daily occurrence and well, with the Diadora N9000 ‘Tuxedo’ we were just provided with one.
This new collaboration is said to be inspired by 1950’s fashion which is geared towards tailored tuxedos, pocket squares and top hats. Now the inspiration regardless if I explained it or not was made loud and clear on the sneakers packaging which can be seen below. Coming equipped with three sets of laces the ‘Tuxedo’ Concept Diadora features a combination of premium suede, perforated leather, mesh and a twill material that is pretty much often used in designing and manufacturing suits. Very dope detailing on Concepts behalf.
Check out below the official pictures of the Concepts x Diadora N9000 ‘Tuxedo’ then down in the comments let us know if they will be a DEF Cop or DEF Not.
