Last season as a member of the Los Angeles Rams, Bobby Wagner recorded 81 solo tackles, 140 total tackles, six sacks, five passes defended, and two interceptions that he returned for 13 yards. The likely Hall of Fame linebacker will rejoin the team where he recorded the majority of his numbers and where he also won a Super Bowl. This homecoming will also help he Seattle Seahawks whose defense needed some help last season.
This past season the Seattle Seahawks made the 2022-23 NFL Playoffs despite most experts and analysts expecting them to finish near the bottom of the NFL standings. The offense was a top unit in the NFL, but the defense was less than ideal. Wagner will join a scheme he is familiar with and perhaps help his former team make the NFL Playoffs again next season.
