Since breaking on the scene in the summer of 2016 with her single “OOOUUU”, Young M.A. has been working to get back to that point. Over the past two years, the New York emcee has put out singles like “Hot Sauce”, “Practice” and “Petty Wap”. In 2017, Young M.A. also dropped an EP called Herstory. In addition, she’s put her stamp on records from T-Pain and Pras. Not to mention, she’s put out more freestyles than we can count. Later this year, Young M.A. plans to continue her momentum with the release of her debut studio album, Herstory In The Making.
While fans wait for the full-length project to arrive later in the year, Young M.A. has decided to release a new track for her day one fans called “Car Confessions”. The Brooklyn native teased the record earlier today on social media by releasing the artwork with a caption that read, “For all my supporters.”
On the track, Young M.A. digs into personal matters and updates on her career. During the song, Young M.A. raps, “I’m everywhere comfortable, but I’m still attentive/A young n*gga with money will make n*ggas offended/I ain’t flashy. I’m classy, but I ain’t stupid either.”
Stream “Car Confessions” above and stay tuned for Herstory In The Making.
