It’s been an interesting forty-eight hours for New York rapper, Tekashi 6ix9ine. Yesterday, the rapper made headlines when he continued his back and forth with YG. While on the Breakfast Club, YG was asked about his recent comments about the Trey Way Entertainment artist and he said, “I said it. That’s how I feel. So what? The little n*gga was playing with too much of the real sh*t.” Soon thereafter, Tekashi took to Instagram to say, “How’s my record doing better than your sh*t? You a whole bum out here. Stop going on radio stations trying to promote your album mentioning my name.” YG responded by stating that he can’t wait until the two meet up.
Today, their back and forth took another unexpected turn. According to a spokesperson from the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office, the D.A. is recommending one to three years for the Brooklyn rapper. The office is pushing for this recommendation because it believes that the “Gummo” rapper has violated the terms of his plea agreement. In a letter obtained by the judge overseeing the matter, the prosecution writes, “Defendant has had over two years to demonstrate to this Court that the role he played in the sexual exploitation of a thirteen-year-old child was an aberration in his otherwise law abiding life. He has failed to do so.”
After hearing of the news, YG kept his comments short, sweet and to the point. The Stay Dangerous rapper said, “[He’s] a pedophile a** child molester.” It appears that this feud with YG and his legal troubles are on in the same. This feud with YG is not going away and neither is this legal battle.
