Russell Westbrook is continuing his domination of the league and is not interested in taking any prisoners. The Oklahoma City Thunder point guard dropped yet another triple-double in a win against the Sacramento Kings.
Westbrook scored 20 points on only eight shots while adding 15 assists and 13 rebounds in his 35 minutes of playing time. Since 1983-84, only 13 other instances of these numbers have occurred. More importantly, Westbrook’s strong game resulted in a win for the Thunder.
For Westbrook, this was similar to much of what he has done all season. Russ is nearly averaging a triple-double with 24.4 points, 10.2 assists, and 7.5 rebounds per game. Truly one of the most dynamic and incredible players in the league, Westbrook showcased his talent once again on Monday.
