Earlier this season, Detroit Pistons point guard Brandon Jennings had a 20 assist game of his own that at the time, hadn’t been seen in the NBA since 2012 by Rajon Rondo. Jennings had a 20 point, 20 assist game, which hadn’t been seen in the NBA since Steve Nash in 2009 and now it seems like there might be something in the water in Detroit.
Reggie Jackson came to the Pistons after they lost Jennings for the season due to a torn achilles. Jackson’s future with Detroit might not be promised and with the recent rate of failure since Jackson came to the team, you can’t blame them.
This is a nice game for Jackson as he gets a 105-95 win over the Memphis Grizzlies for the Pistons, snapping a 10 game losing streak and this game is something to put on his resume for the upcoming free agency market. This summer will most likely see a team overpay Jackson, who can’t shoot the 3 ball or get to the line all that consistently.
