I am excited about today, I mean of course it is Wear Your Kicks Wednesday and I am eager to see what kicks people laced up for the day using the hashtag #WYKW. But, this weeks submission is where the excitement derived from.

For Kickin’ It With Def Pen: Wear Your Kicks Pt. 26 we have rapper/producer D Black (@DBlackCBC on twitter and instagram) providing us with his own testimony for the love he shares for kicks.
To make things even better and different though, Black has decided to share his story visually, providing us with our very first video submission *round of applause*.
When we decided to bring back the weekly series one of the things I did stress was we were trying to expand by giving people the opportunities to provide submissions via video and here you have it.
Without any further comments from me lets get into the story… Also not to mention, I share almost the same sentiments as he does since I went through it for the same kicks as well…
