The 2017 NBA Slam Dunk lacked big names but the lone All-Star who participated was Los Angeles Clippers big man DeAndre Jordan. While DJ didn’t have a strong showing in the dunk contest, he did get a chance to jump over a DJ.
For the 2017 NBA All-Star Weekend, DJ Khaled was in New Orleans for a multitude of reasons but chief among them was his performance at NBA All-Star Saturday night. He participated in the special Craig Sager shootout and banked in a three-pointer to help raise money but his shining moment was his participation in the dunk contest.
While Jordan didn’t register a great score for his dunk, because it did take a few tries, it was still pretty dope to see the DJ over DJ interaction and also tie in snapchat at the same time.
And here’s another look at Jordan’s dunk over Khaled with a view from Khaled’s snapchat account.
Oh, and Khaled wasn’t done there. He also took part in reuniting the ‘Hot Boys’ at a LeBron James NBA All-Star Saturday night party for Dre Beats. It was quite the weekend for DJ Khaled and DeAndre Jordan in New Orleans.
