60-minutes aired last night and it was a segment on the sneaker culture, what better way to speak on it than someone prevelent to the culture like Victor Cruz. Cruz has gone on record to show that he is a big sneakerhead with his Cruzday Tuesday showcasing of sneakers where fans can post footwear and luckily enough win a foot locker gift card sent by Victor Cruz himself.
During his segment with Pam Oliver, the two spent some time in Flight Club and it was then we got the confirmation that he will be releasing his own signature shoe, the Nike Air Cruz sometime this Fall.
There is yet to be any pictures surface online or concrete descriptions of the shoes but there has been word that the sneaker will be a Nike Sportswear shoe and be similar to the Nike Air Trainer 1 but no straps.
Interesting enough, I am eager to see what the Air Cruz will look like and if it will hold up to those like the Nike Air Revis and Calvin Johnson current signature shoe. Lets not forget Mike Vick’s signature line is returning this Fall too.
