As the Head Coach of the Denver Broncos from 2019 to 2021, Vic Fangio led the program to an overall record of 19-30. He finished second in the AFC West once and finished fourth the other two seasons. The Broncos did not make the NFL Playoffs in those three seasons and did not finish with a winning record in any of the three seasons under Fangio. As a defensive coordinator he has been praised as a top defensive mind and the Denver unit was a top defensive in his tenure as the Head Coach. Miami is hoping his scheme can utilize the talent on the roster and help them compete harder in the AFC East and in the NFL Playoffs.
