…The face you make when you get an offer like the one Kevin Durant has from Under Armour on the table.
Not mad at the young fella if he decides to sign with them but let me give you guys the breakdown on whats what in terms of this on going negotiation (well not really a negotiation anymore).
KD’s reps from Roc Nation Sports have informed Nike that as of right now KD has an offer on the table which is said to value anywhere from $265-$285 million for up to 10 years.
One stipulation in KD’s current contract allows Nike to match the offer, now they can choose not to and Kevin can still pick the brand or go ahead and legally sign wherever he wants.
per ESPN;
The deal includes Under Armour stock and other incentives, such a community center built in his mother’s name, whose exact worth will not be known for some time.
Not only will KD get that big contract he is already getting an incentive to give back to the community in building a community center in his moms name which is dope especially if you know the relationship Durant has with Mother. Another key point which could sway his decision is the fact Under Armour is just 36 miles away from where he grew up which is Seat Peasant, Maryland.
