It has been a tragic day for the Baltimore Ravens organization. Legendary former defensive tackle Tony Siragusa has sadly passed away at the age of 55 years old. This comes the same day that news broke that current Baltimore Ravens linebacker Jaylon Ferguson passed away at the age of 26 years old. Siragusa spent his 12-year career from 1990 to 2001 with the Indianapolis Colts and the Baltimore Ravens. He was a member of the 2000 Baltimore Ravens that won Super Bowl XXXV.
This is one of the saddest days in Ravens history. The deaths of Jaylen Ferguson and Tony Siragusa on the same day leaves every Ravens fan stunned. A player so young with potential, and a legend who brought so joy and impact to the field. Gone. Tough to wrap your head around.

In his career with the Indianapolis Colts and Baltimore Ravens, Tony Siragusa recorded 404 tackles, five forced fumbles, and 22 sacks. He is considered a legend and icon among fans of the Baltimore Ravens. His larger-than-life personality and humor made him an instant fan favorite and beloved by his teammates while in the NFL. He served as an NFL sideline reporter for Fox Sports from 2003 to 2015. “The Goose” will be missed by family, friends, and fans.
Well before social media and “building your brand,” Tony Siragusa used Super Bowl XXXV to become a media star. He leveraged his wild persona to become a broadcaster, actor and pitchman. He even landed on The Sopranos. He was so savvy and such a character. RIP Goose. pic.twitter.com/YqUKRDMMY9
