The man himself, Tinker Hatfield is responsible for some of the greatest sneaker designs known to man, literally. The Nike MAG being the cream of the crop of course but it is his work on the Jordan signature line which also cements his name as one of, if not the greatest designer.
The question remains though, out of all the kicks he has had the opportunity to bless the masses with, which one is his all time favorite? Well upon sitting down with Foot Locker EU (Europe) in an interview series dubbed, ‘Foot Locker x Tinker Hatfield: The Reigning Era’ he comes clean.
It is the Air Jordan 11, yes the beloved sneaker which drives everyone alike nuts come December when the latest pair is releasing in accordance to the Holiday season. It isn’t a surprise but it is pretty cool to see the designer actually discuss some of his work. Maybe an on going series with different designers discussing their favorites and design process would be dope to see.
