FX has provided an early renewal for their hit drama, Snowfall, starring Damson Idris. The show is set to air the sixth episode of its fourth season later this week. Thus far, viewership for season four is up 41% from season three.
“Snowfall has come into its own as one of the best dramas on TV, its quality and audience growth is a remarkable achievement for a show in its fourth season,” FX Entertainment President Eric Schrier said.
“Damson Idris and our entire cast continue to deliver outstanding performances every episode.”
The show continues to grow along with the star power of Idris. Earlier this year, he made his Netflix debut with Anthony Mackie in Outside The Wire. He is also set to provide the voice for a key character in the upcoming video game, Squadron 42. However, the game has bee delayed several times due to development issues.
New episodes from Snowfall‘s fourth season continue to air every Wednesday at 10 p.m. on FX. Episodes are also available via Hulu. The season finale is set to air on April 21, 2021.
