Check out the latest red-band trailer for controversial director Bobcat Goldthwait’s upcoming film ‘God Bless America.’
The film is about a loveless, jobless and possibly terminally ill man named Frank who has had enough of the downward spiral of America. With nothing left to lose, Frank takes his gun and decides to off the stupidest, cruelest and most repellent members of society with an unusual accomplice: 16-year-old Roxy, who shares his sense of rage and disenfranchisement. From stand-up comedian and director Bobcat Goldthwait comes a scathing and hilarious attack on all that is sacred in the United States of America.
So basically it’s like a massacre of all the annoying people in America? It sounds totally sick and twisted but after checking out the trailer I’m definitely looking forward to it. Sure it’s in bad taste, but it looks pretty hysterical. Reminds me a little of Kick-Ass without the cheesy costumes.
‘God Bless America’ comes to VOD on April 6th and theaters on May 11th of this year.
