Throughout his career, Rick Ross has established himself as one of the brightest business minds in entertainment. Thus far, the Miami native has extended his entrepreneurial presence into fast food by way of Wingstop and spirits by way of BelAire Rosé. Not to mention, he’s also rented out his large estate in Georgia to several film studios interested in shooting movies on his property. Moving forward, it appears that the chart-topping star will make his way into sports.
Rick Ross was recently spotted embracing NASCAR driver Bubba Wallace at race in Atlanta, Georgia. Recent reports indicate that the best-selling artist was doing much more than simply offering support for Wallace and his team.
“Rick Ross attended the NASCAR race at Atlanta last weekend and met with industry folks,” Adam Stern of Sports Business Journal tweeted.
“He is said to be interested in collaborating with NASCAR either through promotions or even possibly becoming a team investor.”
Rick Ross didn’t outright confirm that he was interested in becoming an investor in NASCAR, but he did say that he’d like to “keep the conversation going.”
“Let’s keep this conversation going,” Rick Ross wrote on Instagram.
“Who loves NASCAR? How could our community get more involved with NASCAR? What would you like to see different or enhanced in the NASCAR culture?”
