Rich Paul is the latest addition to the board of directors at Live Nation. Paul joins a board that includes several public figures, including Maverick Carter, Jimmy Iovine and Dana Walden.
“Rich brings a valuable perspective from sports, business, entertainment and more,” Live Nation Board of Directors Chairperson Greg Maffei said.
“We’re fortunate to welcome him as a new addition to our board.”
Paul is one of the most prominent agents in sports. As the CEO of Klutch Sports, he represents LeBron James, Anthony Davis, Trae Young, Draymond Green and Anthony Edwards among others. In addition to running Klutch Sports, he also introduced a sports apparel company called Klutch Athletics and partnered with General Mills to launch Klutch Conversations, a financial literacy campaign.
“Live Nation’s artist-centric approach to business makes this a really natural fit for me,” Paul added.
“Going to an event live is one of the most powerful ways to experience sports and music, and I look forward to contributing to the company and the industry in this new way.”
