ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski was the first to report the existence of the deal:

The contract will include a team option in year two, according to Tony Jones of the Salt Lake Tribune:

Neto will be eligible to officially sign the extension on Friday.
The Jazz agreed to an extension with power forward Derrick Favors on Monday.
Neto, 26, appeared in 41 games for the Jazz last season, averaging 4.5 points and 1.8 per game on the most efficient shooting of his three-year career: 45.7 percent from the field and 40.4 percent from 3-point range.
Neto could see an uptick in minutes this season if the Jazz don’t re-sign restricted-free-agent guard Dante Exum. Even if Exum doesn’t return, however, Neto will have a new guard with whom to battle for minutes: first-round draft pick Grayson Allen.
