NBC Universal’s streaming outlet, Peacock, is reportedly the new home for an untitled dating series from the producers of Planet Sex With Cara Delevingne on Hulu. Per Deadline, the series will bring fluid couples and single adults with “adventurous and open-minded” attitudes to dating together on an island. From there, the couples and single adults will take a deeper look at their relationships and dating life. The series is still in the early stages of development and has not concluded casting.
The show will be developed by UK producer, Naked. The imprint’s executive producers, James Lessell, Matt Cox, Tom O’Brien and Simon Andreae, previously worked on Hulu’s Planet Sex.
“Cara Delevingne is an actress, one of the world’s most photographed people and an award-winning LGBTQ+ icon. On this immersive journey, she puts her mind and body on the line in search of answers regarding human sexuality, its joys, mysteries, and constantly changing nature,” the show’s synopsis reads.
“In every episode, she shares her own personal experiences. Uniquely unfiltered and authentic, there’s no limit on how far Cara’s willing to go to explore what makes us all human.”
The series debuted on Hulu one week ago and its producers are already looking toward the future. More details to come on this Peacock series as it develops.
