The Toronto Raptors are not done finalizing their roster after re-signing Kyle Lowry and Serge Ibaka. They traded veteran wingman DeMarre Carroll to help clear up some cap room and also reduce their tax bill. Now they’re looking to move another wing into Carroll’s spot by executing a sign-and-trade for Indiana Pacers’ longtime forward C.J. Miles. In exchange, the Raptors will trade Cory Joseph to Indiana.
