In 1987, the Air Max 1 introduced the world to visible Nike Air cushioning. Igniting a lifelong legacy of Air Max footwear, the Air Max 1 has stood the test of time to become an everyday staple. Nearly three decades later, the Air Max pioneer is updated with a lightweight multi-density foam upper and a cored-out Nike Ultra sole.
In 1991, the Air Max BW introduced a window into the sole like none before. Recognized as the “Big Window,” the Air Max BW established its presence with an enlarged Nike Air unit in the heel. Over two decades later, the Big Window icon evolves with a multi-density foam upper and a cored-out Nike Ultra sole for lightweight cushioning. The updated Air Max BW is presented in the original “Persian Violet” colorway.
The original Air Max 90 features iconic cushioning and legendary colors. Vibrant and innovative, the Air Max 90 now returns in modern fashion with a plush, multi-density foam upper and a cored-out Nike ultra sole to reduce weight. Nodding to the early days, the Air Max 90 Ultra is presented in the colorway that started it all.
The Air Max 95 was built for runners with a unique human anatomy-inspired design. In the years following its arrival, the Air Max 95 was heralded by more than just runners, quickly becoming a sneaker lover favorite. Extending its legacy, the icon is now presented in innovative fashion with a dual-density foam upper, Nike Flywire eyelets and a cored-out Nike Ultra sole for reduced overall weight.
