Looks like the Nike KD IV won’t be the only shoe for long to have sport the ‘Weatherman” look since Nike is set to release the “Weatherman” Pack. Two of their most classic silhouettes; Nike Air Force 1 and Nike Foamposite One will take on a look no one has ever seen for them. Nike took their personal site to deliver some background info each of the colorways as well as unveil some official pictures. check it out below.
Since debuting in 1982 and 1997, respectively, the Nike Air Force 1 and Air Foamposite One have turned heads on the hardwood and the asphalt. The cutting-edge cushioning of the Air Force 1 shoe, and the revolutionary upper Air Foamposite One both took basketball by storm, forever changing the way basketball footwear is designed and experienced.
Graphic, Doppler-esque depictions of inclement weather patterns grace the uppers of each shoe. The blue colorway demonstrates a quick transformation from calm to intense, while the red represents the constant pounding of a soaking thunderstorm.
The Nike Weatherman pack will be available at select Nike Sportswear retailers beginning Aug. 30. The red version of the Nike Air Foamposite One will go on sale beginning Sept. 28.
