Set to release this Saturday (1/10/15) is the second color way for Kyrie Irving’s signature sneaker, the Nike Kyrie 1 ‘Deceptive Red’. After the successful release of the ‘Dream’ color way this one in particular seen an increase in popularity, maybe it’s because of the majority red upper factor or simply the silhouette/colorway combo is just that great.
Either way, check out the release details from Footaction which serve as a reminder with some detailed pictures to help serve as a reference when you decide if they are a DEF Cop or DEF Not.

The Nike Kyrie 1 “Deceptive Red” is a fan-favorite sneaker due to its classic bred colorway, while being a shoe that is designed with performance in mind. Gaining inspiration from Irving’s exceptional quickness and acceleration, components of the shoe like its Hyperfuse upper, Nike Zoom Air cushioning in its forefoot and dynamic grip on the shoe’s sidewalls are designed to aid specific parts of his game. The sneaker is dressed in a Bright Crimson while Black accents on the inner lining, midsole and Swoosh add a nice contrast. University Red accents also work as a complement to the Bright Crimson upper.
