The Nike Basketball Elite Series Is making its debut this Friday as the NBA season wraps up tonight. The first wave of Elite style signature shoes pay homage to the teams each signature shoe athlete respectively plays for.
We have, the Nike Kobe X Elite ‘Team’ but unfortunately with Kobe Bryant out for the season already and his team completely out of the playoffs we won’t see Bean Bryant lace them up.
Next we will see the Cleveland Cavaliers for the first team thanks to the revamping of their roster and more importantly the return of King James to his hometown to play for the team that drafted him. That is what birthed the beautiful, Nike LeBron 12 Elite ‘Team’. It is obvious they are my favorite in this collection.
Lastly and certainly not least, the Nike KD 7 Elite ‘Team‘ which is the sneaker seen here. Even though Kevin Durant is out for the remainder of the season his team is in a dog fight for the 8th and final spot for the NBA playoffs.

This Friday Nike is rolling out the 2015 edition Elite series of their signature basketball shoes. Attached are photos of the KD 7 which upgrades the regular model by removing the strap and replacing it with a new construction featuring state-of-the-art materials.The Nike KD 7 Elite retails for $200 and will be available online and in-store at VILLA on Friday, April 17th.
