Like many of us we all were awaiting the folks at Nike to bless us sneakerheads with a Champ Pack. As you should know by now the Cavaliers are the 2015-2016 NBA Champions following a miraculous comeback from being down 1-3.
Throughout the NBA Finals if you were watching like myself you paid attention to not just the game but the sneakers. Kyrie Irving and LeBron James both had some great PE’s all series for the most part. LeBron laced up the fan favorite Nike Zoom LeBron Soldier 10 as Kyrie in his Nike Kyrie 2.
Well with no sight of a champ pack and the season looking to start in a matter of days something crazy took place. On twitter LeBron James shared a picture of his sneakers from the series and Irving followed suit. To throw things into an even more frenzy, Nike basketball joined in and said they were up to something.
With all eyes on twitter, it was Kyrie Irving who took the time out to release a video of a special delivery from Nike. This video contained a look at four packs which featured his signature shoe along with James’ Soldier 10’s. Each of these shoes were the shoes worn by each player in Game 3, 5, 6, 7.
The pack is being dubbed the Nike Basketball Four Wins Pack celebrating their four victories. First up is the ‘Game 3 Homecoming’. The Nike Zoom LeBron Soldier 10 is decked out in black with gold accents finished off with a clear icy blue outsole. As for the Nike Kyrie 2 it is dress in an all white upper with gold and that cavaliers wine throughout. To finish them off is a icy outsole with gold speckles.
