The one before the 1, the epitome of an OG if you ask me, the Nike Air Max Zero ‘Tinker Hatfield‘. While this is the colorway from Mr. Hatfield’s original sketch of the AM0 it was actually the white and blue colorway that saw an initial release when the silhouette made its official debut last year for Air Max Day. Fast forward to this past January 21st and the ‘Tinker Hatfield’ colorway which is White/Vivid Sulfur-SPC Black-Anthracite released exclusively through the Nike SNKRS App to many of our surprise. Now it appears that there is word, the colorway will see a re-release this Air Max Day (March 26th) providing fans with much wider availability.
Now if you know Nike or at least follow how they do things, for an event like Air Max Day which has saw cars dressed to resemble Nike boxes and Air Maxes then you should expect more than the Air Max Zero to release in one colorway. I say that to say this, there is also rumors of a new colorway to release along side the re-release of the ‘Tinker Hatfield’ version and that is a ‘White/Purple’ colorway. Now none of this is confirmed by the Swoosh of course, so we will continue to monitor any news regarding the Air Max Zero ‘Tinker Hatfield’ and the rumored ‘White/Purple’ colorway.

Personally it would be even better for Air Max Day if Nike put up the Air Max Zero, Air Max 1, Air Max 90 and Air Max 95 on NIKEiD in a limited offering or some variation to this. Just a thought.
