Now I know many of us aren’t that big on Nike Air Force 1s nowadays but this upcoming Nike Air Force 1 ‘Preserved Icons’ is definitely an eye catch and worth paying attention to. Celebrating the July 4th holiday, these Uptowns are inspired by the Statue of Liberty.
The copper finish is a beauty but the key design to this upcoming release is the fact that when in contact with heat (so they say) the copper transform into that teal. Sort of like the original S.O.L as over the years through oxidation it went from Copper to Green.
Nice touch, Nike, very nice touch.
As of right now, there is no release date but with July 4th right around the corner a date for this release could be any day now.
