If you caught the news yesterday for the return of the “Pearl” Foamposites that everyone has long been waiting for we return just hours later literally for some more news concerning this classic sneaker. Well as it stands the ‘He Got Game’ inspired pack dubbed ‘Nike Make Up Class Of 97 Pack, is expected to consist of the Nike Air Foamposite Pro and Nike Zoom Hawk Flight, both sneakers which were worn at some point by Jesus Shuttlesworth, the high school stand out from Lincoln High School played by Ray Allen.
Now you may be wondering this Pearl Foamposite that is shown is not like the pair that dropped a few years back. That is true in a sense. Maybe it’s the lighting but from view point they appear to be more a brighter white as opposed to the off-white we have grown to accept in the recent pair. Here is the catch, this is nothing new. If you remember the scene on the Boardwalk in ‘He Got Game’ the pair Ray Allen was actually white and not off-white so this will literally be true to the essence of what the pack represents.
Now there is no word on if these are exactly the Nike Air Foamposite Pro ‘He Got Game’ but I wouldn’t bet against it not being them. As you know the pack is expected to hit retailers in December with rumblings of December 18th being the rumored date and retail price is said to be $385.
